We are not a MANUFACTURER, therefore all candles will follow the signature MSS label layout, the only thing that can be customized are vessels, candle name and in some instances the color of the label

An order of 80 candles or more is required for collabs and wholesale orders

Special pricing for wholesale and collab, but there is a service FEE 

Wholesale & collab ORDERS will exclusively be sold on the brands site (must have a legit business)

Limited edition and OG (collections listed on site) candles are not available for wholesale and collab orders

We don’t send label MOCK ups for privacy purposes, images on site will help with designing

We can send SCENT SAMPLES based on what you pick, and there is a charge

A “SCENT CATALOG” is located at the bottom of the “Customize Your Secret Scent” page to help with picking a scent for your candle based the option (options listed on the same page) you select

Service FEE is due before process starts and is NON-REFUNDABLE. This depends on the COLLECTION you select and quantity. Service Fees can be found HERE

Once supplies are ordered for your ORDER, there can be no refunds. Paying your invoice will be final confirmation for your wholesale/collab order, meaning after its paid there will be no refunds, once payment is received supplies start being ordered

Customers are also responsible for all the SHIPPING that their order requires (vessels, final destination, etc)
